In just one year and one month, she successfully developed business growth and revenue plans, led the Decoration team in executing decorations for various events, and designed mood boards and event aesthetics. Michelle secured alignment between mood boards and event decorations with client preferences, enhancing her marketing skills in the process.

Serving as a Social Media Manager

During the same period, Michelle also proved herself as a Social Media Manager at Lavie Decoration. She elevated Lavie Decoration’s awareness and sales through Instagram account management and Facebook and Instagram advertising. A 50% increase in sales is a tangible testament to her marketing abilities. Michelle also built relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), executed successful campaigns, and achieved remarkable marketing milestones.
